Thank you to over 200 people who voted Ramfest 2003 a big success. Excellent feedback was received on the event but more importantly, it raised £3,000 for Derian House Children's Hospice. A big thank you for all who attended and gave so generously at the event.
Stephen's Birthday
"I can't believe I'm 40 this year - I still feel 22! It's often been said I have a mental age of 2 so reaching my 40 birthday is definately a landmark. To celebrate, I want to gather as many of my friends togther as possible and hopefully entertain them all with a night of musical madness. Turning this gathering into an event which raises money for a fantastic cause fill's me with pride!"

A big thank you goes out to the '999 Fund' the East Lancashire Emergency Services who have donated £300 towards the event. The 999 Fund team are 'pleased we are to be supporting such a worthy cause and offer our best wishes to your venture'. Another big thank you to Gill Haynes who raised £200 walking Hadrian's Wall - Marvellous!
American Tickets Sold
People came from far and wide to attend RAMFEST! We had a music producer flying across from Philadelphia and some friends from California & Majorca making the journey! The RAMFEST event has put a lot of old friends in contact with each other through the nostalgia trip !
Ramsbottom Civic Hall
Ramsbottom Civic Hall was chosen because you can make the event a day out! There's the steam train to visit, the scupture trail, various tea rooms and some fantastic restaurants!. If you want to stay and have a few scoops there is the Grants Arms next door which has good accomodation! The real reason of course is Rammy Civic is near where we live and the hire was cheap!
